Properties：Acrid，bitter taste. Slightly cold in nature.

Preparation：

注意事项：
*女性经期不宜饮用益母草茶。

*脾胃虚弱的女性，可添加生姜，红糖或玫瑰花茶，以中和益母草寒性。

用法：
·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。
·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。
·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
